The reason the other games were close were b/c of Dirk. Dude doesn't get enough credit, look how scrubby the rest of the Mavs are.

There must be some round-the-clock business trying to figure out how the mavs lost speed and defense for a passer with offensive deficiencies. That explains the early exits. It makes sense to plan for a psychological evaluation for every mavs fan. You can't bother wasting time on your team.

All in all my confidence in this team is growing more and more with each of these losses. This team is so on the verge of going on a monster run.

As long as they just make the playoffs at full strength, this team is going to win the NBA championship. All this adversity is going to be worth it when Dirk is holding up the 2008 Finals MVP in one hand and the 2008 Larry O'Brien Trophy in the other. These guys will get through this.
