Why are there so many days of rest inbetween these games? WTF why wasn't there any rest during the ECF or WCF?

Looks like our Spurs weren't the only team capable of choking away a 20 point third quarter lead at Staples Center![]()
The realgm front page reads: 'Vujacic playing himself into a raise'?

and how about ray allen. played all 48 minutes tonight
Wow. Props to him!
When your season in on the line and a championship is at stake, then the great players find a way to get the strength to persevere! Maybe Coach Pop should take a lesson from Doc Rivers - he NEVER waved the white flag tonight!
Pierce has earned it. I'd like to see him get it.
There's joy in Spurs land tonight because the "mighty" Lakers have outchoked us! And in the same postseason no less!![]()
Amen. Pop better learn. Some of those games when we were only down 15-17 in the 4th , could have saved us some extra time in the series. FUTURE rest.
It's the ing playoffs.
God I hope Pop learns something from this!
This is so gratifying. It sucks that it's not the Spurs in the Finals, but at least we get to see the Lakers sucking it on the biggest stage. Serves them right.
Just goes to show that defense wins championships.
When Boston needed stops, they got them.
When LA needed stops, they didnt get them.
The West (outside SA) need to focus on defense. As good as Pau Gasol is, hes a turnstyle in the post. Kobe is playing well below average, Odom is streaky at best and more importantly the home team has to count on their bench coming thru.
Lakers bench did...in the first half.
So did the Celts bench....in the second half.
Not how you start, its how you finish.
As a side note, its nice to see two teams play that actually care about winning and play the full 48 (im looking at you Pistons).
That's it, and that's all.
