unless you're a mav fan
I agree with deleting the spoiler post...I'm not happy about seeing it...come on guys...
Nobody knows if it's true i looked around a bit and it came from really not much..
True...but if it was posted by Sims on the UG it very well could be true and I'd rather go into the show knowing nothing...
I don't think firing BJ up for a fight is a good idea...
Looks to be in good shape with a month to go...
I really hope Kenny gets smashed.
I think Kenny is firing back because BJ supposedly made up some crap about Kenny Texting him warning him about GSP greasing or something. I know Kenny said that was Bull so i guess the war of words is on. He spent some time training with GSP for this. BJ is the better fighter though. If a KO is coming, BJ will be the one to deliver it, Kenny can win a decision maybe..
jeez I hope bj will get smashed!
If Kenny will be at his best it can really be a war.
agree....I am starting to turn on BJ
by the way Poland...your English is getting a lot better![]()
Well I don't think it's getting better. There were not many dificult posts I had to make. Not many dificult words etc.
But thanks,
all in all it's all about understanding, hey and I'm making many typos.
The problem is you read other peoples posts on forums which is full of massive grammar errors, spelling typos and terrible sentence structure so you shouldn't compare your English to the junk typed on forums.
BJ needs to be motivated for fights. That first video is interesting because he seems to take it personal that Kenny obviously said "He'd never fight at 170 again". I think he wins this fight because he will be motivated to put on a show after the GSP fight. But BJ still wants GSP again and other guys at 170. If he doesn't feel challenged he doesn't care..
What a buffoon.
That being said, I like him.
Alistair Overeem (29-11) vs. Fabricio Werdum (11-4-1) 2 booked for Strikeforce: Carano vs....
Stikeforce once again showing they know how to get it done.

"Is their any type of HMO or PPO healthcare plan you can offer the fighters for injuries they sustain outside the fights?
Fer ta: From an insurance standpoint, all of the fighters are covered that fight in the show. We carry more coverage than we’re told to from the state… Go to the insurance company and tell them you want to cover 300 ultimate fighters for everything they do in life. If we can figure it out, I’m in. We just haven’t been able to get a carrier that will do it. So, what do we do? We don’t advertise or publicize this, but we pay for tons of surgeries: guys blowing out their knees in training, guys getting hurt, breaking their hands. The guys that are on our team, that are part of our family, we fix all that stuff."
The return of Igor!!
http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2009/7/13...egend-ice-cold
After nearly a four-year hiatus, Igor "Ice Cold" Vovchanchyn, a pioneer and legend of the sport, has decided to step back into the ring. Fighting Mixed Combative has announced that Igor will be featured in the promotion's second event in September (their first event is scheduled for Aug. 15th.) The card is also rumored to showcase the much anticipated debut of Blagio "Fedor Killer" Alexandre Ivanov against the brother of the man whom he defeated in Combat Sambo, Aleksander Emelianenko.
Ivan Emelianenko, Jan Nortje, Julia Berezikova, and Mikhail Malyutin are also rumored to be on the September card.
Vovchanchyn, best known for being one of the few strikers to find success in an era of MMA where grappling was exploding onto the scene, sports a 49 - 10 - 1 (1 NC) record, with 26 wins coming by way of TKO. It will be the Ukranian's first fight since 2005, when he was forced to retire due to repeated injuries.
While there has yet to be any word on who Igor's opponent will be for the September card, one cannot help but anticipate the return of a legend and hope that he has recovered from the injuries that have plagued him in the past.

yeah! Igor is my all-time favorite fighter! Good to see him back in action.
