VW's are always hard to find service, which is why I've always taken it to the dealership, but now that I moved the closest dealerships are about a four hour drive away. If I have to, I'll just wait until I get to my aunt's house for the holidays and take it to the same dealership I've been taking it to for years, but I'd rather not make a six hour drive (possibly in the rain) on one headlight.

get in there and do it yourself. You might be able to drive with your highbeams on the whole time and you might also cause accidents but at least you will get home safe
