Hey, when you are forced to pull 1950s T-55 to the front line, or your production line of new tanks cannot keep up with destruction rate, and you cannot keep firing massive amounts missiles or artillery rounds at the Ukrainians like the first few months, yeah, everyone will notice that you are running out of .
