shut your fat ass up
I've been walking almost everywhere since I moved and my metabolism is speeding up to where it was when I was a swimmer. I'm always ing hungry.
shut your fat ass up
I gotta go from 192 to 172 and then hit the weights and build my way back up to 180. The downward part sucks.
Then again, it's the price I pay for eating and drinking whatever I want in the offseason![]()
I get to eat and drink whatever I want, whenever I want. Thanks to my metabolism.![]()
Having some extra meat on your bones is underrated. It makes beds a little more comfortable. Clothes fit a little better. If you get hungry you can just let your body eat itself. It makes you look taller and sometimes stronger.

Yeah, it also puts about four inches on your vertical.
I could bust any metabolism. Try McDonals for breakfast, Wendy's for lunch, Whataburger for dinner, Jims for midnight snack and Whataburger for 2AM snack.

Flubber technique?
I need to boost my metabolism. I think I'm going to start snorting coke.
I used to be able to do Burger King/McDonald's/Wendy's six nights a week and not gain a pound. Sigh.
The day my metabolism slows down and my fondness for healthy food starts to go away, I'm going to balloon to the size TSA thinks I am. I'm ridiculously undisciplined with my diet.
That sounds like a challenge.
Being really skinny sucks. I was in the low 160's for a while and it was horrible.
I don't think you're fat, just ugly. Have a good day.
I've never been really skinny, but I'd like to be a bit heavier than I am now. I'm still about 5-10 pounds short of my preferred weight.
For the last 26 days I have counted every calorie that has entered my body. It sucks but you get used to it I guess . . .
It seems to change so often, you'll have to pardon my inability to keep up.
What? Being in the low 160s is really fat!
How many calories are people supposed to eat?
You son of a .
I'm staying late and you're posting this???
I'm ing hungry.
2000-3000 a day.
I've averaged around 800-900 daily in the last 26 days.
Why don't you work out while you diet, so you won't have to diet so much and you wieght won't be bouncing down and up?
