Though here is my question- what good is a bio-weapon to that company if the government knows they are involved with it now? Like if they could have used it and acted as if they had nothing to do with it, they could benefit, but now what? They can't hold the country hostage for business. It's not like they can now get contracts from the government
I can't help but think that that Chief of Staff guy has some sort of involvement in this. I don't know why, but it doesn't make sense that the Presidents daughter is being made out to be a bad guy, and you are left feeling sorry for him. It doesn't make sense. The leak to the press is meaningless now since the FBI now know Jack's intentions, but why are we left to feel bad for a guy that isn't even that important to the plot of the show? They have spent a good amount of time with this angle so I bet they are setting something up
The big thing for me is that he's pretty much the only primary character from this season who managed to be somewhere other than the White House when the hit the fan. Doesn't look good for him.
It's not looking too good for Tony, either. Looks like Jon Voight is going to go all Jack Bauer on his ass next week.
I was kind of hoping that the big twist would be that the truck was full of helium tanks. It would have been priceless hearing Jack call that one in with Jack's gruff, raspy voice sounding like one of the Chipmunks.
But most importantly, where does the blonde lady who brought Renee the phone so she could talk to Larry rank among the all time 24 babes?
