The victory celebration did not go as smoothly.

During a parade for the victors, star defender Sergio Ramos dropped the winners’ cup and the team bus ran over it. Thankfully, cameras captured the incident for posterity.

Real's players were celebrating over a moving bus when The "Copa del Rey" trophy slipped from Ramos' hands and the bus ran over it, now it's all shredded
They aren't used to celebrate and carrying cups lately LOL.... congrats Real, that saved Mourinhos ass right there..... lets see what's up with the CL.

Ive been real busy so i didnt watch either game, but

at dropping the trophy and the bus running it over, hilarious.

    and

at messi kicking it at the real crowd. that was payback for the laserpointer during the penalty kick, and warranted in my opinion. if he were kicking it at the stands and missed he would have made some kind of gesture towards the crowd, the fact that he turned right away tells you it was on purpose. Come to think of it, black players should do this when the crowds chant racist slurs. Good job messi for holding them accountable, even if the poor dolt who got hit was probably completely innocent

He must not be used to lifting trophies.

Mourinho will provide plenty of experience

Pfffff I could've coached Real in '08 and got a le....Schuster is a lucky man. He probably stole and took it back to Germany. Fabio was the manager in '07. Does that even count???

I don't know what to think of that match. I was amazing at how well Real was able to control possession after the La Liga draw... I think Barca had 70% in that one? Moving Pepe into the midfield was a good move.

I still think Barca is the better side and expect them to advance in CL. I love both squads, but like RMA a little more, but I think the Catalans move on.

RMA has this, if they can get away with the physical play...

instead of having hiquin or wtf upfront, chuck ronaldo up there with the creative midfield for that final forward spot....and play on the counter with their fast pace

rma can use the spare 2 midfields with 2 defensive midfields...and they are set

what fckd them up in the first and 2nd encounter was probably to many midfielders that needed the ball to be effective, guys like ozil, ronaldo, di maria...

ps. they need to get rid of that clown ramos this summer

What ed RMA in that 5-0 debalcle was playing like a turtle

In the last 2 meetings, they have opened up their game for better results

It'S very very difficult to beat Barcelona with a 100% defensive strategy, considering their firepower and great ball movement
You have to score more than them to beat them (duh!)

True, but it can be done more easily than you say if you defend like and then really push the ball forward quickly on the counter...exactly what happened in the copa del rey. The 1st half was pretty even but in the 2nd, Barca was dominating the ball and attacking essentially the entire time. The ball was almost always in Real Madrid's half. The goal they scored was not the only chance Madrid created off of a Barca mistake, they had plenty of counter opportunities with Di Maria and Ronaldo racing down the field. Although Barca got a decent amount of shots off, not too many were very good looks. That strategy clearly worked, and Madrid has good defenders and just about the best keeper in the world. In the first leg of the Arsenal match up in the CL, they scored their goals on the counter as well. If you have fast players with good ball control, you can catch Barca off guard on the counter...and it surely doesn't help that Puyol and Abidal are out
