Now you're trying to back down on your backing down.
Sorry, there's no going back now, you slipped up and killed off your own fake "love" schtick![]()
Apologies my brother Clip.
I was a little dizzy from all the "love"
This is still a sacred and loving thread. Do not allow any hate in here. Only love.
I am glad that an intelligent chap like you can understand a temporary lapse in judgement. I am human - but full of love.
Cheers.
But "love is all you need". She loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Nope, you failed and ed up your own thread.
Clipper Nation goaded you into this spectacular failure.
All we have to do now is quote your meltdown here from now on.
Yes, we are back on track and I read your response - sorry the wife had a couple of honey-doos for me - so I had to run in here and didn't realize this was the love thread.
Let us get back to the LOVE.
Xmas - I play guitar - not too badly - - we should jam one day - maybe a little blues and funk and rock!
The Love Thread Meltdown:
Are you in S. A.?
The purpose of a man is to love a woman,
The purpose of a woman is to love a man,
So c'mon baby we got to play,
C'mon baby lets play,
The game of love, love, la la la la la love.
xmas what's your fav band?
That's easy, the greatest band of all time IMHO, The Beatles.
The Beatles? I never really got into them. What's your fav song by them?
There is no way I could ever isolate just one song. , there is no way I could ever isolate just one album, much less one song.
They created so many of the musical genres that we have today, it isn't even funny.
The late 60s and early 70s were a really rocking time, hippies with love power, and free love promised to revolutionize the planet. Only to to crashing back to reality in the latter 70s with hard drugs.
Oh well, I'm convinced it was all a government plot, and then later these same agents went on to govern basketball.![]()
Sbm likes to sling but he gets his feelings hurt when it comes back at him. What really gets to him is when a girl criticizes his posts. That eats his ass up.
LOL, those bas s. And I'm more of an Eagles fan myself.
What chick criticized him?
The Eagles were great. Don Henley has a unique distinctive voice.
yeah. Some good ole "peaceful easy feeling".
I get this feeling I may know you as a lover and a friend.
But this voice keeps whispering in my other ear,
Tells me I may never see you again.
Great tune, excellent harmonies.
I like Doolin' Dalton.
And of course Witchy Woman.
Sorry - the wife needed my attention.
Lets get the love going again...
I am in the Austin area but go to S.A. whenever...
Yes, the Beatles.
Never anyone better - as far as all around band - all around songwriting, trendsetters,
and they wrote so much about - yup you guessed it
LOVE!!!!!
Great, what equipment you got?
I have plenty of amps, Fender Twin, and a Vox AC30, plus a great bass amp. and a drum set here. Used to have a studio, but the owner of the house didn't pay her taxes so the house and my studio got the axe. Now I have a micro studio for the next few years until I buy my own place.
I have an old friend and former lead guitarist of my old band living in Austin. He is head engineer at FOX TV, he comes down often to jam.
Also have Pro Tools to record with.
