DeRozan will easily be the most athletic Spur to ever put on a uniform since 90's Robinson. Him Gay, LMA will be a pretty potent offense.
Spacing issues. I can see it now. Cluster .

I was thinking about that the other day, he might also be our best offensive player since prime Duncan.

If Pop is as good as we think he is he'll figure it out.

The only spacing issue I see is Dejounte. A line up of:

    Mills/White
    DeRozan
    Bertans
    Gay
    LMA

Is actually well balance and has plenty of spacing. Gay definitely has good range too.

Pop will have the right pieces in at the right moments. It will be tricky but there are plenty of weapons.

Biggest scare will be defending the athletic forwards and 2 guards.

people still do not understand how much better the Spurs will be with a sg top 3 in place of role players (compared to last season), we just need to replace bp3 / gasol / mills for athletic wings with 3 & D potential and we can face any team in the league, Hezonja would have been perfect in this team

TP, Kyle, and DG were black holes on offense last year. Obviously the team will miss plenty from them, but I'm looking forward to seeing this team do better than last season's. Wonder if the kawhi being done boosts the team's morale overall too.

It's better than being a mute. Our first blowout of the season will have RC doing crip signs from the stands.

    Crips?

Heck, if we make the WCF, RC will be flashing MS-13 signs . . .

Serious question, If DD hits the 3 consistently, is he on par with Harden?

No. Harden is one of the best playmakers in the league tbh.

No. DeRozan made strides as a playmaker last year but Harden is elite at it.

While DeRozan is pretty good at both slashing and getting to the line, I think Harden is better at both, but the gap isn't as small as in playmaking and three-point shooting ability.

This issue was more his decision making, his passes out were not usually inspiring and just drained clock.

That doesn't make you a black hole. A black hole is a player, that once they receive the ball, almost always end their possession with either a shot or a TO. They don't pass.

Kawhi was extremely fit and strong. Kawhi would never win a leaping contest, dunk contest, or foot race. DeRozan would beat him on all these areas. Saying that, Kawhi is a much better player. Thanks for reminding me about Kawhi, tbh.

so the only thing i like about demar is his irrational confidence offensively. but i guess that can leave him in the POs.

he's a chucker but i really think the spurs will help his game. people will be surprised by how good the spurs are.

he really needs to commit to defense.
