Just shoot. Ofcourse I was wearing a sleeve and wasn't doing anything special. Damn I'm out of shape. The lifting is not improving condicion...
And my friend persuade me to play unihoc 3-3 (it's a hockey but no ice and you use ball) Damn my back was hurting
And I twisted my ankle, not bad but shieeeeeet. Ofcourse I was playing through it and fighting for the ball. I hit the floor a couple of times.... eehhhhhhhhhh good old times comed to my mind.

Good nothing bad happen as I was protecting my knee as good as I could.
