If the Mavs were playing the Spurs right now, nobody but Suns fans would give two s about the Suspensions.

It's easy to figure out: Tony Parker is a cross-promotion for Desperate Housewives, Sunday on ABC.
There is no hope for the NBA being a big TV draw on its own, since two Spurs les have already sucked the life out of the league. So all they can hope for is a little advertising for shows people actually watch.
