Boston's not losing in Boston to Atlanta.

I agree the Hawks have had a nice season but they are not winning in Boston. They also won't be getting 47 freethrows either. That to me is dubious homecooking like that lame foul on Pierce. I still can't imagine why Rondo did not pass to Cassell.

When it comes to taking high-pressure shots, Posey's got more balls than Garnett and Allen combined.

Got damn, Bibby sucks. The Hawks should get extra credit for winning with him on the court.

In crunch time KG turns into Fransisco Elson with less speed.

These kind of games help or hinder your chances. If Celtics had pulled off some game winning buzzer beater in game 6, then it would have meant they had a little playoff magic on their side.

    Instead they blew it.
Now they're just that team who struggled to put out a young Hawks team

It doesn't MATTER IF THEY WIN GAME 7 NOW

The Hawks will win game 7. I mean, they have to win at least one game up there, right? It's only a matter of time.

Is not happening anytime soon. Plus Marvin's Williams injury might keep him out of the game.

lol once again the celtics prove how weak they are in the playoffs...

No excuse for allowing the hawks to take you to a 7th game, let alone WIN ONE GAME.

Another ing pathetic performance by the celtics. You C fans should be ashamed.

Celts get a 3 for the win.
    Book it
    heh-heh, the jinx worked!

Nightmare scenario for Celts fans I would imagine.

The playoffs are a totally different animal than the regular season, as we keep seeing year after year. Will the Celtics join past regular season wonders such as the Mavs and Suns who flame out in the playoffs?

Celtics had 29 more regular season wins than the Hawks, yet the series has gone to seven. Meanwhile, all the other contenders finished the first round with relative ease.

I fully expect the Celtics to finish this off at home, but all talk of domination and historic greatness must now be put to rest.

Offhand, I can't think of a worse crunch time fourth-quarter performance.

It sucks that this series is over. But now you have to gives the Cavs a of a shot to beat the Celtics. If they can split one of the first games on the road, they'd really be in business.

Hawks have been getting more FTs all series long, it has more to do with style of play than home cooking. And home cooking for the Hawks? Against the Celtics? Come on!

Posey has been clutch in the road games, I can't figure out why they did not go to him or Cassell to tie the game. Memo to Rivers James Posey hit the game winning shot in Game 6 of the Finals. I am sure he can hit one in the 1st round.

I canīt believe Hawks won again. Altho I think Celtics blow them out in Game 7. But for the hawks to get to Game 7 with the celtics is an achievement in itself.

If hawks can take celtics to game 7, i donīt see why cleveland canīt beat boston

I diasgree with you. The Cavs outside of LeBron are not nearly as athletic as the Hawks. Plus the Hawks have more offensive balance then Cleveland. Cleveland's offense is give the ball to LeBron rinse lather repeat.

Boston is looking a whole lot more beatable now. Before the playoffs started I thought they would sweep through the first two rounds.

Hawks might just pull it off, if they play loose, attack the rim and run, run, run.
As DJ said on Hawks radio, the Celtics don't want to move those old feet of theirs.

I think if the Hawks were to pull off the upset of the century, Stern would have to be put on a suicide watch.

I agree. I used to think there was no way the Cavs would win, now i give them more of a chance but I still think that Boston can handle them for the same reasons you just gave.

KG hits them, he just doesn't take alot of them. Personally, i think if your balls shrivel you just miss them.

He looked either tired or old out there. I don't know how many rebounds that the C's gave up that a couple years ago KG would keep tipping it until he grabbed it. I haven't watched enough Boston ball to see day in if its old age or what. One thing that's hurting them i think is a lot of times he's trying to run down Smith or trapping Johnson on the perimeter instead of lurking down in the paint.
