I did a "semester's almost over" happy dance a few minutes ago. I think I may have pulled something.
i was going to do something like that when my semester was over at the start of this week... but i was so exhausted from the lack of sleep i decided to pass out instead.
The only test I was worried about enough to try "cramming" was this morning's statistics final. I studied so much last night that I finished the test in about 15 minutes.
I've actually managed to make it through finals time with a pretty regular sleep schedule.
I'm laying on the couch and I got a wicked cramp on my calf.
maybe your version of "being active" shouldnt be sitting on a couch.

When I was still dancing a lot, I'd wake up in the middle of the night with a killer charlie horse if I didn't stretch enough. Hurt like a mother er.

I've woken up with muscle spasms in both my legs before. Not fun.
