Well, there are exceptions.
I like Altoids.
Well, there are exceptions.
I like Yan Can Cook.
Altoids and Altoids gum is the . And those sour altoids, the tangerine ones ...
I'm a peppermint person. I eat 2 and 3 at a time.
ERRONIOUS!!!!!!!!
You speak blasphemy!!!!!!!!!!!!
They were both "meh".
Speaking of Food Network, I also miss Ming Tsai. I never seem to catch his PBS show, or very rarely. I bought some of his frozen food line from Target and it was actually good.
Oh, and I miss that show Date Plate. That used to crack me up. Did anyone else ever watch that?
Yes, well, just for that I think I will order Cuban tonight.
I like the food Emeril makes (and the steak I ate in one of his restaurants was top notch), but his personality annoys the out of me.
Puck's show was good, but my favorite for learning techniques was always Jacques Pepin on PBS.
You don't get HDNet in your cable package already?
I liked how much of a messy mofo Wolfgang was on that show.
One time he was making pizza and there was flour everywhere by the end of the show.
I was thinking about getting Eva Mendes onto my cable package.
Ming Tsai was cool, but his cermic knives were even cooler.
Date Plate was kind of re ed.
It used to piss me off when the guys would talk smack to each other.
Too late, she's already coming over so we can plug in our male-female adapter.

Approves of your choice.
See, if she came over here no adapter would be required.
Speaking about Jacques Pepin, did you ever see Jacque Torres' chocolate show on the Food Network??
Everytime I saw his show, I'd have to make a run to HEB for some Ferrer Roche chocolates.
I loved how they would be all y and sure she was gonna love whatever it was, then all the sudden she was like "i hate asparagus" or "i don't like olives" and you could practically hear the needle scratching on the record in the background.
I liked Cat Cora on that show, but I can't stand her on Iron Chef America. Blechhhh.
Maybe if I ordered Japanese you and CF could come over and check out my cable package?
i was pissed i never found out about cooking under fire until it was done with. it was his cooking comp show on PBS, it also had Todd English and one other person. I don't know why he fell out of favor with Food Network (or just left), but i do DVR Simply Ming on PBS. Could you imagine Ming as an Iron Chef? he schooled Flay when he competed on it. Maybe they don't want two asians on it. I would love to see him as a guest judge on Top Chef as well.
Ferrero Rocher ... now THAT is good chocolate, not snickers. Along with Toblerone, Lindt and the best cheap chocolate and my all-time fave, Turtles.
She was such a bad choice for Iron Chef America.
I keep hoping that Chen Kinichi, Hiroyuki Sakai, Masahiko Kobe, and Rokusaburo Michiba show up to kick some ass.
He was a guest on Top Chef, in season 2 I believe, when they broke up into groups and one had to do Korean and another Vietnamese for a charity something or another.
i think he also went with only 1 sous chef vs flay, and still kicked his ass.
