2) trump team welcomed russias attack
3) #1 & #2. - above did not/could not rise to the level of a “chargeable” conspiracy to defraud the usa for several reasons
A) all trump team lied about their contacts and barr/rosenstein made sure mueller could NOT compel trumps criminal spawn to be held accountable - it is in the report that mueller had a list of who he could prosecute (manafort/gates/flynn/cohen) - and jr and jared and ivanka could not be touched
B) trump team hid/lost/destroyed/ memos, emails, texts, etc
C) the OLC policy that a sitting prez cannot be charged - but investigative findings CAN be used after trump leaves ofc
4) trump refused to testify, lied on his written testimony and barr would not allow mueller to compel testimony
