See this is exactly it.
He is a leader because he actively roots for his teammates and without acting like a badass. He takes pride and is in awe when his teammates make great plays. Cant teach this personality but it is incredibly valuable in almost any workplace. When he urges teammates to a spot they go to that spot because they know he understands.

Whats going on with OL recruiting ? Our best OL commit bolts. Rogers and the best OL in the state ( Haywood) dont even cast a look our way. Its a bit concerning.

Texas picks coming in for Phillips from On3's national guys Simmons and Wiltfong.
LSU's On3 mod, Dixon, has also put in a Texas pick.
As of this morning, both IT and OTF have Texas' chances with OL Michael Fasusi at 50% or higher.
OTF saying Texas has more confidence than A&M right now.
IT doesn't see Fasusi flipping to A&M.
