Putin negotiated in good faith at least 2 times:
1. Minsk 2. Russia was following the agreement then Nazis and Nato broke it. Angela Merkel admitted to this. It was just a play to buy time and arm the Nazis.
2. February 2020. Turkey. Peace agreement was agreed in principle. Putin even removed his troops from Kiev as show of good faith. Bojo and Nato came and told Kokamedian to forget about the agreement and they have his back.
