I'd like to see Gonzaga take a shot at Brock.
Lesnar has youth, size and natural talent on his side. When you consider how much time and ability he has to grow...wow.

Dude give the guy his due here. Randy is an all time legend in the sport, Brock in his 4th MMA fight went out and got 2 takedowns, controlled for the most part, won RD 1. Then in an even RD 2 landed the punch and finished Randy. So for all the "Brock can't finish" people out there take that ... And he is only going to get better...

Well in this fight anyway what more did you want to see? I was shocked Randy was so hard for Brock to take down but overall he still impressed the out of me. He is so powerful and athletic. If the fight had gone on Randy would have had a shot, Brock was cut and a little tired buit he got the job done..Easy man

Props to Couture for a pretty well-thought out game plan.
The clinch was pretty effective against brock, and he was able to defend against some takedowns and minimize the damage on the ground when he was taken down.
I think he was approaching Brock standing up like he was facing Sylvia, though, which seems like a mistake - Brock has much faster hands than Sylvia, as evidenced by the knockdown.

Having just re-watched the fight, Brock actually dominated Randy much more than i thought. First RD he got 2 takedowns, controlled the RD. 2nd RD, Randy did next to nothing in the clinch, he got the single leg a few times but it went nowhere, they seperated Brock hit the big right hand, and finished, he was actually quite dominant here for Brock..
Wow looks like all you guzzling mma addicts were wrong about this one. I told you Brock was just too big and too quick to be faded by ANY 45 year old, even if he was as bad ass as randy.
I give Randy credit but Brock is the real deal, he is a monster, the haters have to deal with it and accept it...

Dude, I don't know about the final tallies, cuz I'm not fully ingratiated into this forum yet, but as of 2 weeks after the start of the UFC poll, most people picked Couture, resulting in my 'contrarian' post.
I had a lot of emotion and nerves coming into this fight, i was really pulling for Brock but he did dominate Randy pretty badly after seeing it again twice now. RD 1 was not close, Brock was in charge with position and octagon control.
