Maybe, but what does that have to do with the fact you are sensitive about my comments?

Link to me bagging TP for not being emo as I think I would be if I were a multimillionaire with three rings? I would love to see an actual post that says that stuff. Or did I say many of "these guys" (which is plural and referring to others than TP) are different than I would be.

Also, don't front or deflect. You became sensitive about my comments you perceived as bagging on a multimillionaire with three rings. It's ok.

lol contingency plans for a 1 v 8 match up.

About 30 posts per day? You post too much. You're getting all riled up about a celebrity having fun. Who are you to say how someone you don't know should be acting?

    I'm making fun of you.

    We all are.

    Is TP an NBA player?

Did TP get eliminated from the playoffs?

    Is this a TP thread?

There's no need to backtrack from what you are actually saying, unless you are very sensitive to our responses.

Also, don't front or deflect. You became sensitive about my comments you perceived as bagging on a multimillionaire with three rings. It's ok.
I'm making fun of your ever increasing level of emo in this thread. Keep it up

lol contingency plans for a 1 v 8 match up.
Millionaires can travel and make and change travel plans quite easily. They have people do it for them. Don't hate.

You call it making fun, I call it deflecting. It is what it is. Multi quoting and responding so much shows my comments truly hurt you. The fact you felt so compelled to chime in shows you are taking this to heart?

    Are you related to TP?

Why do you feel the need to defend him?

Can you provide the links I asked or are you just going to deflect?

You also said they had contingency plans as in plans already in place in case they lost. Now you are saying they can make plans easily after the fact. Are you now lying because you are in a rage? I can post a link to show your comments with no inference, can you do the same?

Look GNSF, unless you can provide a link to where I said that, you need to just shhh. I said how I would act. If you can't provide a link to what you said I said, you will never not be a GNSF. Deal?

No. It's an opportunity to make fun of someone.

    Are you related to TP?
    No.

Why do you feel the need to defend him?
I'm not actually defending him. Your tears are blinding you.
Can you provide the links I asked or are you just going to deflect?
I'm not going to link your posts in this thread. If you forgot you made them, that's another problem of yours.

You also said they had contingency plans as in plans already in place in case they lost. Now you are saying they can make plans easily after the fact. Are you now lying because you are in a rage? I can post a link to show your comments with no inference, can you do the same?
I said rich people can make and change plans with relative ease; and that they have people do it for them.

What part of that do you not understand?

PS - I'm still making fun of you. Your responses are comedy gold.

I am most certainly not talking about what Tony Parker is doing after the playoffs in a thread devoted to what Tony Parker is doing at a time after the playoffs!

Too late to try reversing the whip tbh.

Relaxing and not being emo is exactly what Tony is doing, and somehow that made you emo.

Magic Johnson didn't take a day off during the 84 summer after losing to Larry Bird

Parker is having a good time in Miami after playing like vs Conley

    What an overrated POS
That pretty much sums it up..

But Magic knew the Lakers still had a championship core.. The Spurs core is dead..

TP was in fact very upset after the Memphis loss. Here he what he said about it to french media a couple of weeks ago:
" It hurts. After our loss in 2006 against Dallas and the Derek Fisher's shot, this is the third biggest disappointment with Spurs. "

Some other interesting quotes from TP:
"We got dominate in the paint the whole series. Marc Gasol has hurt us a lot and we've never found an answer against Zach Randolph. They were too younger and more athletic than us."
"Spurs future is in the backcourt. We have a lot of talented players there with Manu, George Hill, Gary Neal and me. Now, let's hope we will be able to find solid bigmen because we need it. Tiago will get better but we need other bigmen. Every year, it's the same problem: we have to find bigmen. We now not have the option to postpone that need."

good to hear Tony acknowledge the need for bigmen, but to say "they no longer have the option to postpone getting bigmen" is like saying they are getting older now and should look for some youth.

Magic was not only hungrier but younger as well. Tony's at the point where he needs to start taking it easy on his legs imo. Magic stopped winning championships at 29 (same age Tony is now ) and was banging ppl with HIV

If you want to read between lines, I think the correct read is: Bonner and Blair suck. We need more than Splitter to help an aging Tim in the paint."

I think everyone knows TP is my favorite Spur (outside of Tim), but wow TP is a bad quote machine this year:

    1) Tim goes down and TP says: we are too good to go on a bad losing streak.

    2) Someone tells TP Barkley says Memphis will beat SA & TP says: Charles should know better.

    3) TP calls out the front court in the playoffs saying they were dominated inside without acknowledgeing that Conley tore him up and he was one of the biggest reasons the lost.

The front court is a problem, but to not acknowledge your own faults in this is crazy.

What is crazy is you trashing Parker on some quotes taken from an article while you don't even know the whole article.

In this same article, Parker acknowledge that he hasn't been good in these playoffs: "I was off offensively in the first 3 games. I was better in the last 3 games but it wasn't enough."

trashing Parker. Saying anything that is not positive = trashing.

Saying that "I was off" while at the same time saying the "front court got dominated" is not even close to the same especially when you go onto to say you are part of some amazing back court and the front court can't cut it. Not only was his shot "off", but he got dominated by Conley. It certainly seems like TP is placing most of the blame on the front court when he was prob the worst player for the Spurs (meaning an important player). Saying "I was off, but then did my part" isn't acknowledging anything especially when you completely throw the front court under the bus IMO.

    Hold on..

Wasn't it Pop who wanted to TP to dive under screens all series long, thus giving Conley all the open looks he could ever want?

Even in his broken English pattern, TP is spot-on. That's one of the things I love about TP - he speaks the truth and doesn't attempt to sugarcoat anything. TP is basically saying what many of us have suspected and been saying all along - the Spurs were too aged, too undersized and underskilled in the frontcourt. We all watched at how deficiencies led to their unfolding in the playoffs - despite whatever other excuses came gushing out of Pop's mouth.

Parker is correct in the Splitter is a good addition - but he's not enough - even if Pop would've smartly found a way to work him into the rotation.

Leaving Duncan to shoulder the load, on both ends of the court, at age 35, was plain stupid and it cost the Spurs a deep playoff run. This should have been a priority last offseason, after the Suns swept out the Spurs - again it was ignored. In most cities, that foolish mistake alone would've cost most GMs their jobs

It still angers me that Pop so callously ignored this deficiency, while publically declaring that the Spurs were "set with their bigman rotation." Then he casually pointed to the size disadvantage after Memphis literally man-handled the Spurs in the playoffs. I ask again, what the was he thinking?

No need to get mad at TP for speaking the truth. Pop must assume the blame for allowing his roster to enter yet another season shorthanded.
