I've seen the bogus longhorn stuff in the valley, and never once have I seen a "Go Longhorn" item. I did see a shirt that said 3 Heisman Trophy winners though. I'm still trying to figure it out. Maybe that one was a bit of a mistake. As for most of the Longhorn stuff, I've been across the border to Progresso and they have a lot of it there and its really cheap, but the "Longhorns" name is always correct. The only thing you don't see much of is use of the official logo, but other than that, there's nothing wrong with it. Having lived here for many years, yes I do kind of want to barf when I see everyone down here wearing their UT gear and claiming to be a Longhorn "fan." I remember just a few years ago (even last year and early this one) I was getting made fun of for being a Longhorn fan and going to UT. Now I get asked if I went to Rose Bowl, followed by a "wow, thats so awesome, you're so lucky." That's just how they are down here in the valley. They were all Spurs fans this year too, well up until a week ago. Now I guess they're probably stocking up on their Dirk gear.
I don't know what it is but this years A&M-Baylor game is looking like its going to be an epic battle
