Defensively, certainly. The offense (55 points) is more than enough to win games, but giving up 52 on our own home court to any team not wearing blue and gold is downright embarrassing.

Simmons may end up getting the spot going into the rodeo road trip, but Kyle has played well for us some games and he's being developed for now or for next year. If he's not playing then he should go back to the dleague then. I am not opposed to him going to the d'league either...
but since he's here, he needs to grow up, man up, or whatever you want to call it.

Aldridge and West - This duo has a negative net pairing of 35.4. Not only have they been bad defensively but they are also among the worst offensively.

I completely agree. I think we will start to see a dip in the Spurs defense against some of the better offenses coming up relatively soon. Maybe that will help them gel and start playing well?
