Youre really asking that question? Go back and read my post.
I'll also add : If you can't get better players for a bit more money (as in, they choose not to come), still don't overpay the role players (unless it's a really good deal). Keep the cap flexibility for the following off-season.

I think sasaint was being sarcastic. He's a big Dijon supporter as am I.
I wouldn't be so sour about Pop standing pat had he developed guys more. He felt he could afford time to take it slow with him. Hah! I almost feel Pop had that one coming.
Patty is very playable against any team. Klay can lock down over half the guards in the league. I just wouldn't pay him. I think he is a low end starter. Someone is going to over pay him. I imagine the team dynamic will be much different losing cheerleader guys like Manu and Patty.
Yep. I look for Pop to go with Dijon as the starter, old vet-minimum backup and Forbes until Tony returns. Plus, I expect Manu to return to "help relieve the absence of Tony." But I would not be surprised to see either Patty or JSimms re-signed now, either. If it is Mills, scratch the "old vet-minimum" PG.
I just really think SA may be forced into keeping Mills. Whether we like it or not, if they can't get a PG to come they like better, I highly doubt they just roll with who they have and sign some random vet.
I think they like Mills, value Mills and would rather have the asset to trade later if needed vs just letting him walk especially with TP so up in the air.
- balapatNot sure about the ruling on this but snuck in a little basketball work out with the @straitswim team before free agency begins in July. Is this allowed? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If it's allowed, check out the StraitSwim website and pick up the team uniform to rock this summer. *♂️ #StraitSwim

Pretty sure they can take Patty off the drive.
Dude is living it.![]()
Ya - love Patty. All-time great dude. I'm sure his GF is like WTF lol
Apparently she is a model for Strait Swim and this was to help market the company.
Careful what you wish forThis may help Patty market himself to a new woman
Patty having ALL the fun. WTF.![]()
Mills is pretty much gone if the draft is any indication..
Loved him for the chemistry in the lockerroom. Not much else.
Patty gonna get paid. Dude stay winning. Dudes been paid 10 mil over a couple years to be our best pg. No debating. Dude was fire when we needed him to step up. Everyone tries to on him but the haters.
He and Simmons starting is good with me. 33 year old CP for the same price as Kawhi and Aldridge combined isn't the answer.
Good riddance. Got exposed in the postseason without Manure holding his hand

This is old but thought I'd share,
ESPN calculating Patty's value at around 18.5 million.
http://www.espnsa.com/patty-mills-earn-next-contract/Patty Mills’ market value works out to be roughly $18.6 million per season. This doesn’t necessarily mean San Antonio will offer him a contract, and may let him go in free agency.
I believe with the cap contraction at 99 million it will be lower. The market is also quite saturated for PG and backups... but maybe around $15 million. That is still too much considering Spurs situation.
Thanks for the memories, good at ude and great work ethic.
Wish you nothing but the best and success Patty.
