Any updates? It's been 10 days, no?
Writer, where are you?
Right here.
So, Writer. Where's the announcement?
In time. Don't worry.
I may have jumped the gun on the land acquisition thing, but everything is moving along very smoothly.
......................... yeah, where is that.... "C-E-O".......?
Probably in his downtown office.
source?
It isn't linkable so don't worry about it.
What's the source, then?
The details of the achitectural consortium have been worked out. Bullock Smith will be added to the team. Commissioners will vote to approve next Wednesday. HollyHills doesn't have a ing thing to do with it.
A person.
That's because its two seperate things.
Same person who told you that the developer had already acquired all of the properties?
No. That was the CEO in an interview.
Although I probably misinterpreted what he said and in a hasty manner proclaimed something that wasn't true.
Although I now know a lot more about what is going on then before. But I'm just keeping it cool until everything gets worked out.
Let me get this straight...
HollyHills is going to buy that property and then tie this new sports complex into the SBC Complex...
While the county is commissioning close term and long range planning for the SBC Complex that does not include HollyHills plan or that property.
hmmmm...I think your source is wrong AGAIN.
The Holly Hills plan uses land adjacent to SBC Center/Bexar county land and does nt include the SBC Center in its plans.
What you are talking is a Bexar County project that will use their own land that includes the Freeman, the parking lots, and the barns as well as the SBC Center.
Lets just say this, the first phase of the Holly Hills group plan has pretty much been made official.
Now they're slowly working on phase II.
Since you insinuate you have the inside scoop on Hollyhills, what IS phase 1?
maybe i should should talk to MY source and truly figure out whats going on here.
So they've bought the property? That's at least 200 separate transactions.
The Grand Prix race with the IRL.
It was announced last week that it would be held in 2007.
That was phase I, to get the gand prix race.
Phase II is complex which is currently going very smoothly.
The IRL race is a street track and centered on the Alamodome/downtown area. And it is FAR from being a done deal.
Phase 1 is talking about a big project publicly prior to putting the properties under contract, thus driving up acquisition costs.
Phase two is getting an earful from metro alliance and COPS about living wages.
Phase three is listening to posturing bull from the city council.
anybody want to take a shot at phase four?
