I can’t remember the Spurs getting an easy game winning out of bounds play since Bud left. No movement. Only movement was to get Patty the ball. I don’t blame Patty for the turnover, he isn’t a choker like some others. We were a turnover away from seeing LMA brick a hard awkward jump shot.

Why we lost this game:

-Lonnie shooting like and defending like
-defensive lapses by Luka, first game jitters
-LMA+Poeltl+Lyles combo is just too ing slow to guard anything
-Mills being a dumbass

Positives:
-KBD showing up
-Luka's onball defense
-Murray showing signs of s om

What I particularly liked:
-i hated Luka starting at SF at first, but I liked the fact that it allows him to slowly learn the game. Hes not seeking out touches which is great. This was a game where he was just trying to do the little things, which I love

Pop is the worst coach in the league when it comes to out of bounds plays. They almost always result into a turnover or a bad shot at the end of the shot clock

This felt like a preseason game for the Spurs with Pop experimenting with lineups. I dont think this game indicates how had we will do for the rest of the games with half the roster being out. Ill give it by game 3 or 4 to determine how good or bad we truly are with this rotation. Obviously likely to be bad more than good because who the can win without four impactful players off their team?
