Story of the game is DJ’s usual easy layups near the rim were shut down by Giannis. Giannis’ interior defense tonight was elite. Other than that, Vassell needs to give more with his minutes. Forbes was a joke. Poeltl was everywhere in this game. He’s becoming reliable on offense.

outside of mcdermott our team shot 3-28 from deep, and plenty of those were high quality looks. we make just 3 more of those, still would be a lousy percentage, but we probably win the game

Another valiant effort. Probably will be the theme of the year for this team. I think there's a realistic chance Primo will get some run by the midpoint of the season.

He should be get that least 10 minutes every game with chances for more if he’s playing well and or has a hot hand. This team needs talent. Spurs have a lottery pick and have him benched behind Forbes.just doesn’t make sense.

Forbes is bad....But our starting point guard is shooting under 10 percent from the 3 point line in 3 games....Thats unacceptable...Hes gonna be a big reason why we lose alot of games unless he picks it up

That's been the story for the last 3 years tbh....difference is when B-Wrong and the old man try to add 3pt shooting they have to make sure the guy is literally unplayable on the other end

I agree those guys aren’t earning their paychecks right now… I expect it less from Lonnie, seems like his true niche is being the “engine” off the bench. He’s natural with with the ball as opposed to being a catch and shoot guard. Not sure if his talent will be enough to be efficient at pull up 3’s either. You have to get 3 point shooting from your bench… for some reason, Vassell isn’t getting those shots and sadly, Forbes isn’t either. The bench unit needs to move the ball more and maybe generate better looks. I don’t see as many players touching the ball as I do with the starting unit. Seems they pass once and then they take a shot. Perhaps this is the reason those guys don’t have any rhythm. I do agree the coaching decision to play Forbes over Primo would solve some issues, but that’s ad nauseam. It is what it is and it’s ty.

I told everyone last year before the season was over what would happen. Popovich has seriously lost his ing mind. I seriously believe he doesn't remember Primo is on the team.
