It's the same thing you saw with the Patriots under Belicheck at the end. Same story here with Pop. He runs the place with an iron fist, and no one is going to do anything other than keep on doing what they've been doing.

It's why this organization so desperately needs a reset at the top. Pop, Wright, and dare I say R.C., all need to go. Time for new blood with a vision for Wemby and team other than 'we like what we have' to lead this.

MEM is actually coached and prepared, JJJ didn't do by himself but thx to help defense.

Go take a look at JJJ's stat line and realize that it's actually Wemby who's a JJJ killer, and he's been defending him without help.
