I did, I was debating on whether to post it or not
i don't know what happened to the defense, but manu and tony went nuts and managed to compensate.
manu should feel good after this win. he impressively took over the 4th
Thank goodness Whiz decided to miss 8/14 FTs in the fourth quarter (after going 12/15 the first three). And thank goodness SA went 13/16 [Gino 9/9] in the fourth.

Manu scored the last 14 points for the Spurs. They outrebound the Wiz 49-30 and that's with a small lineup the last quarter.
head HB never comes around after hes wrong to admit he was.
Although, makes you wonder if its a Mouse name.
Wiz are weak up front. No rebounding, defense.
They are completely dependent on the f/c scoring.
Etan Thomas is a decent option as he posterized Nazr in one position, but they rely on Arenas/Jameson/Butler. They usually lose if one has an off night.
Just got back from the game. Mama and Papa Manu are in town. Those are some proud parents. I especially enjoyed how much they cheered for the team, even when Manu was on the bench.
And Ryan Seacrest, sitting next to Eva, just looked like a dork. I'm waiting for his 15 minutes of fame to end.
I thought the block/charge calls in that game were pretty bad. The calls that went against Manu and Barry in the 4th were both questionable. But I also thought that there was a play in the first half where Bowen had already elevated to the basket when Jeffries slid over and got set. I can't see how a player who has already elevated can be called for a charge when a defender slides over late, even if the defender appears to be set.
Donaghy and Pop had something going on all night. I wonder if some part of Donaghy's whistle was aimed at proving some point to Pop.

i feel a report about tony and eva on e news i saw a preview on e news last wednesday where ryan seacrest is interviewing eva and tony about the allure magazine article but i think they aren't brodcasting the interview.

Not much, the Wizards' offense is mostly from their 1,2,3 positisons ( 89 pts ) shooting jumpers, but the Wiz did get 42 pts (vs 48) in the paint.
Spurs paint defense, anchored by Tim, has been weak all year.
Our bigs aren't power bangers. Nazr especially has no balls and no concept of moving into play rather than backpedalling down the paint hoping for a delicate block.
While Sean was re-explaining why the last game of long road trips often had teams thinking about getting home rather than playing, the Wiz seemed to be thinking primarily about the Spurs game last night, and didn't suffer from the Spurs disease of chronic fatigue syndrome on second of B2B.
The Spurs got their together for a few minutes in the 4th qtr against the 23rd worst defense in the NBA, esp Manu, and prevented an L @ATT.
