Spurs agreed to lose this game but Manu didn't get the memo and it was enough to win it.
Thanks to Madsen, he gives some motivation to Duncan.
wow spurs played horribly for 3 quarters but managed a blowout at the end, nice!

Very nice overall: 32 pts vs 11 in the 4th quarter
TP = 11 pts, 9 ast (3 of them in the last minutes of the game to put it away)
TD = 20 pts, 14 rbds
MG = 31 pts 7-9 from 3pts (77%)
Very nice.
If the Heats win this game I'm gonna be laughing at boston for 2 weeks.
Game ball to Ginobli. Glad to see Duncan wake up and dish out some punishment of his own. Barry with a great 4th quarter and Bowen did his usual thing. Oberto was strong early on and Bonner had a nice contribution in short minutes. Um, Finley thanks for rebounding cause you didn't anything else. Vaughn be gone.
...and cranking up the D...
...and passing like the veteran team they are...
...and generally cutting the Wolves to ribbons.
Yes, it was a poorly officiated game, but it went both ways and had NOTHING to do with the result.

Manu was literally OFF THE CHARTS. What the was that game , Manu????? please tell us what is that you're smoking!!1
I agree, he's passing the ball more and better this year.
TP has 17pts
That 4th Q was a thing of beauty.
The Spurs locked the basket and threw away the key allowing only 11 pts
First thing Manu does in the Post-Game Radio is call the game 'embarrassing' because of the first three quarters.
What a stud. This guy is all Spur.
Manu has so much pride, he knew the Spurs were stinking.
You were saying?? you stupid son of a
this is what SHOULD have happened in the kings game.
LOL at the wolves fans cheering Madsen when he came out of the game.
He's like the re ed kid who makes a basket in garbage time.
true. He talked about the defense in the 1st three quarters, and how they picked it up in the 4th. Also talked about how Timmy was very good out there and got people open for the three because no one could guard him down low. Then he talked about how they needed Tony out there.
The guy has just scored 31 pts in 7-9 3-pt shooting and didn't even talk about himself.![]()
Not enough time left in the game...but, it would've been nice.
Parker is instructed to be the main cog on offense. Pop expects, even tells him to put up more shots than anyone else on the team. I'll agree that sometimes that seems like he's forcing shots, but everybody takes difficult shots every now and then, especially once you've reached star status. The difference with Parker is that he makes ridiculous shots look easy...and go in.
It's Parker's constant pressing on offense that breaks down opponent defenses and starts making space for Tim and our shooters.
If Tony doesn't take those shots, defenses don't have to adjust to him and ultimately, he's taken out of the game. Pop expects it. Tim expects it. Manu and the rest of the team expect it. And so far, I don't hear anybody arguing with the results.
BTW, you don't rack up 9 assists by not passing the ball, especially on a team like the Spurs who are accustomed to the extra pass.
Parker is passing the ball better this year but there are times where it's like he goes out of his way not to give it up![]()
I mean that play in particular I think every PG in the league would have given up the ball for the easy layup. Sometimes I wonder where Parker's head is. I hope he's not getting the big head and worrying about his stats.
My thoughts exactly! I was thinking, this game ain't over and Madsen didn't do but wake Tim the up! He didn't do to warrant that O.
They just called an outofbounds for boston, it doesn't look nice for the heat now, let's see how pat plays the time outs now.
I'll never quite understand how Parker can have 9 assists in a game, and still be called a ball hog by some of the jackasses here...
Yeah, that was a bad play in particular.
But I think it just comes to quick thinking rather than selfishness.
He's been looking for the optimal play more this year though, so it's not so bad. 9 Assists speak for itself.
