His coach said as of today he’s 6’5 270 lbs so already bigger than many first thought.
The 20’ class is running out of room quickly. Spots are going to start becoming limited bc of how many we’re taking in ‘21. Most outlets have us taking 20-23 this year and 25+ next year. This class is going to get lapped. Lol.

That's awesome. He appears extremely athletic so if he can keep that and put on some more good weight then I think the Horns got a good one. Herb Hand knows OL talent.
I love these raw undeveloped offensive linemen. He is going to grow into a beast under Yancy. I was never that high on Lindberg, he is a very good prospect, but he isn't a can't miss guy, honestly the guys in the 2021 class are off the charts. There are 6 guys in that class that in any other year any of those 6 would be the #1 guy in state. Seriously, it's like there are 6 Walker Littles in that class. So far we have one and possibly getting 3 to 4 more. I wish Lindberg the best and hope he has a great career and proves me wrong. Just not for the aggsy.
I like the look of this o-line class too... but "like...6 Walker Littles"? I can't say I'm that confident.
Go back and look at the film on Walker Little coming out of high school, then watch the film on Tommy Brockermeyer, Savion Byrd, Donovan Jackson, Haden Connor, Bryce Foster, and Ruben Fatheree. Every one of them is a borderline 5 star talent. Out of all of them Haden Connor is the lowest rated but he is easily on the same level as Garth is in our 20 class. Remember all these guys are going into their junior year, a lot can change in that time.
2021 QB Jalen Milroe recruiting OL Chad Lindberg on social media today.
Interesting little tidbit to keep an eye on. Ohio state self reported 22 NCAA violations.

This will amount to a stern, “No, no! Bad Bucky!”
3 of their walkons will have to miss the 1st series of the 2032 Spring game.
Looking like we may add Ty Jordan to this class soon. IT is saying they expect communication with the staff and Ty to pick up.

OrangeBloods saying they expect another commitment on Friday.
Did they say which class?
Also, what’s your feeling on LVB? Seem like the momentum there is real if he can qualify?
This has to be Davis right? Campbell? Maybe QJ?
A poster on Inside Texas says he saw Herman speak today at the Headliners Club in Austin.
Herman supposedly said they have room for one more OL after Karic's commitment today, and if you follow recruiting closely, you know who the open spot is for (i.e. Lindberg).
They didn't mention 2020 or 2021, and I think it could be a handful of guys, but my own guess is 2021 TE Juan Davis of Everman.
I think it's obviously a good sign for Texas that Bunkley-Shelton is taking an unofficial visit on his own dime at this point in the cycle, but I don't have a good read on if UT will push for a commitment because of his grades.
Important to keep in mind coaches have to be much more diligent about this because non-qualifiers count toward your signing class now.
This might actually be inspired by the Hamm story if you consider EA's headquarters are in Austin.
Fast forward to the 2:20 mark.
He might be a 5'star in talent, but he is a 6'star in hair.
After watching everything unfold with Milroe, I find it interesting that in the Houston area there is no talk about other recruits wanting to follow Evans or Dumas. Even Dumas best friend picked a different school.
Both of those kids are divas though. People aren’t stupid. Even as kids they know that Zach and Demond are looking out for their nfl prospects before anything else. Milroe doesn’t fit that mold. He can’t really bc he’s a QB and leadership isn’t a question, it’s a requirement.
You hit upon something important, JQJ, Milroe, and even Card are all leaders that attract other players to want to play with them. If I'm a coach, I'm looking for those guys, they are the generals that command respect and guys naturally follow them. JQJ and Milroe could deliver us DFW and Houston in these two classes. That just blows me away.
