    FBI obtained FISA so as to verify the dossier,

    which was nothing but one of 1000s of leads the FBI receives and investigates,

    although the Steele dossier must have stood out as particularly dangerous and credible,

    given that FBI must have known Steele was career UK spook specializing on Russia.
