Logic would suggest that now everyone is aware of it,,,,,,so how could they rob the same bank twice with the security amped up 1000 times?
What logic is that? Logic would suggest that neither was rigged...

Some changes were made, prior to 2024 Election, to shore up the voting. Maybe those added to a more secure election or maybe less mail-in ballots. We'll see if there's any investigations into the 2020 Election come 2025.
What changes? There were simply less vote by mail since there wasn't a pandemic. Which would logically point to why there were more voters in 2020.

...so, they shot him instead in Pennsylvania, failing that they shot at him in Florida, then prepared to shoot him in California.
I would've been ok if he became a martyr, tbh... who would've run, cull? You think Vance would've gone at the top of the ticket?

Sure,,,thats why Biden, who couldnt even get 1000 people at his rallies magically got over 80 million votes but Kamala who got many more people than Biden at her rallies lost the popular vote and couldnt break 75 million. OK,,,,I'm cool with it not being rigged,,,,,that means people are leaving the democrat party in droves and the democrat party wont win another presidential election anytime soon. It means blacks and browns are coming to the republicans side. As long as the ending is the same,,,,,I dont care how we get there,,,,we win, you lose for now and the foreseeable future,,,,its all good in the hood.

There was a pandemic at the time. The one that cost Dennison his presidency, remember?

I don't think anybody "left" any party. There's about a solid 30% of the vote for each party, then there's people in the middle who decide elections. I'm perfectly happy with the fact that the democratic result was respected in both instances, tbh.

I get what youre sayin' but heres the truth,,,,,a lot of boomers died from 2020 to 2024 but republicans didnt lose any votes and why?,,,,because they actually doubled their minority vote and young vote totals to make up for it,,,,the democrat party is in deep ,,,,,,Remember all you democrats sayin, you cant wait for all the boomers to die so the republican party will die too?,,,,,thats not happening and democrats are tin' a brick,,,,,

Russian food prices are soaring — but no one dares blame Putin and the war

A break-in at a small food store in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg wouldn’t usually make headlines around the world, but this time was different.

CCTV footage from the store, Dairy Place, in early November appears to show the door being smashed and one person rushing over to empty the cash register. The other person makes a beeline for the fridge, plundering 20 kilograms of butter from the chiller, Russian media reported.

The owner of the store said on Telegram that the heist showed butter was now like “gold,” according to a Google translation. CNBC could not independently verify the footage.

Dairy Place is not the only victim of butter thefts, with a recent spate of similar incidents prompting some stores to lock the product in containers. A standard 200g stick of butter now costs around 200 rubles, or almost $2, with prices up 30% since December 2023, according to data from state statistics service Rosstat.

The theft of such a basic product has drawn attention to rampant price rises in Russia.

“The cost of basic foods has been growing for the last three years. It is getting worse day by day and sped up, especially this year,” Stanislav, a Moscow resident, told CNBC.

Russia Faces a Wave of Bankruptcies as Borrowing Costs Skyrocket

Russian businesses are bracing themselves for a financial crunch that could put many of them out of business. The Central Bank's interest rate has reached a crushing 21%, with expectations for a further hike in December, and over the last two years, companies have built up significant commercial debt with floating-rate interest payments.

The Central Bank has progressively raised rates since the second quarter of 2023 in a bid to control persistent inflation and support the faltering ruble. However, the soaring cost of borrowing is now pushing many companies toward a dangerous debt spiral, with interest payments consuming one out of every four rubles they earn.

Late payments from customers and partners have been climbing, signaling distress in the corporate sector as firms struggle to service debt under such high rates. With real interest rates once bank premiums are factored in effectively reaching 25% for businesses, the likelihood of defaults and bankruptcies has risen sharply, Meduza reports.

Before the war, only around 20% of corporate loans were issued at floating rates. By mid-2023, however, that share had surged to 44%, as businesses took out loans with terms pegged to the Central Bank’s key rate. Many firms, driven by the need for capital to support import subs ution after the imposition of sanctions and to acquire assets as foreign companies left Russia, borrowed heavily — and under the assumption that interest rates would eventually stabilize or decrease.

That didn’t happen. Heavy government spending overheated the economy and sent inflation soaring. The Central Bank began an aggressive rate-hike tightening cycle that has not ended yet.

It's EVERYWHERE. Are you blind? Why do you think their defense secretary was fired? Ukraine buying food for soldiers at "inflated" kickback prices. Bogus invoices and more kickback prices for "winter jackets". A defense procurement agency that reportedly budgeted like $2 million per employee to operate. It goes on and on. It's all crazy.
