not bad
17 and 17 = 34 minutes.
TD has to play at least 40min right now.
Very solid. If only we could get that out of him regularly
thanks! that's a good sign
Hill started on fire and then did nothing the last 12 mins. He needs to be aggressive. Mason too, we know your unselfish, start acting like your buddy from washington Gilbert and just shoot everything!
yeah just let hill and mason run point next half... those shots just need to fall and well be alright
pretty good half
hopefully mason can step up the scoring in the second
defense seems solid! That's encouraging!
I was actually thinking that he played more defense than the last games.![]()
Much improved on transition D...
just need to nail those open shots on Offense
yea i agree..
My favorite stat : Bonner 0 MIN
Games like this should make Spurs fans appreciate Tim.
Plz, let someone take him off our hands.
sickly offense, can't shoot, and ony 6AST/16FG, not team ball
RB +2
STL +3
BLK +2
good hustle stats
30% 3Gs, gonna lose.
Bonner is a luxury the Spurs can no longer afford.
for those watching the game: How does Tolliver's D look!?
He doesn't seem to be crashing the boards as he should
I agree, solid game so far
More aggressiveness from Mason, Tolliver, and Hill and the Spurs got this. And if Ime stops impersonating Fin, they'll win by double digits.
And the Spurs are winning on the boards for a change, yay!!!

remember, the only time he was DNP was the only time the Spurs won.
lol we should keep him just on the dnp maybe he's the lucky charm
lucky charm indeed.
or I just take it as coincidence??![]()
we need to see some Farmer 2nite Pop come on!
First half thoughts:
I really like the unit that started the game. They brought good energy and matched up well with the Knicks lineup. We have had a TON of good looks that could have added up to a double digit lead. The defensive effort was like night and day compared to how we have been playing. Rotations have been solid and Tim is not quite all the way there but looks much better. We need to be more aggressive going to the rim. I think Mason could be going stronger to the rack. He has been a bit passive and against this team he should be attacking the rim like crazy. With all the open 3's, we might as well give Farmer some burn in the second half. His aggressive scoring style would be good also.
Besides the missed 3's, its been a good effort overall. Most of the mistakes that have been made are a result of players that are not yet accustomed to each other. I look forward to seeing these guys continue to play together and develop the cohesion that will make them a vital part of this team as we get deeper into the season.
how the does Duncan look bad defensively? he's only had 1 bad play..he's rotated well on every play he was supposed to, he's contesting shots..Randolph is a good player too, Duncan is fine right now..
Pop needs to realize that Tim needs to play big minutes if we want to go anywhere..so we'll see if he plays him as much as he should in the 2nd half..
Got to like the effort so far.
Mason and Vaughn's floor game is leaving a lot to be desired, but if the role players could develop Tolliver's lack of concious and shoot the open shots in rhythm? They might just put a good run together.
Props to Sean on the miniature plastic man reference he made about Hill.I'm sure there's a good nickname that could come from that, but it hasn't hit me yet.
Got to love how Timmy shaves the beard, the team ditches the black kicks, and Pop takes Bowen from the starting line up. Whatever it takes to break a bad streak I guess.![]()
decent..he's active, but he missed a few rotations and he didn't close out on Lee properly on 1 or 2 plays..
his rebounding is just lack of timing..he's very active going for them, but he didn't time 2 or 3 of them well..
