Is Orlando the new choking destination after Dallas?
tbh Courtney Lee missing that gamewinning point-blank layup in the Finals was pretty Mavs-esque.

He is a damn scrub. That should had been obvious after the way he totally disappeared in the Finals last year.
Hope he wasn't a one-year wonder for Orlando's sake, otherwise that's a hefty price to pay.

Red Aurbach "I don't care what a player's FT percentage is, I want to know what it is the last 2 minutes of the game."
Anyone can take game winning shots from time to time make 25% of them and gain the reputation of beign clutch but the most telling aspect of the game to determine if a player is clutch or a choker is his FT % late in the game, when you have all the time in the world to think and the norm is to make them not to miss them.

Don't say that next to NewJerSpur, he believes the entire Celtics roster should foul out in 3, 4 possessions.
    Right on time Mogro, .

Wow. This was totally unexpected. Taking the first 2 in Orlando. I guess it's safe to say a series hasn't offically started until a home team wins. Celts need to go for the kill Saturday.

I can't stand Boston, but I have truly enjoyed the way the have played. They are grittier, savvier and more energetic. Seriously, with all the effort they are putting forth you'd think they are the younger team.

Rashard Lewis should be sat for the remainder of this series......more J-will, regardless of the size disparity it creates.
I lived in Seattle for 12 years and saw Rashard's softy-soft play up close. The dude's a straight-up loser. Certainly not max money material.
Orlando sealed their fate when they signed this turkey.

ooohhhh Magic Johnson with the low blow bringing up Nick Anderson. LOOOOWWW>>.....
I thought the same ...remember Howard (and someone else) choked some FT's that ALLOWED the Lakers to win game 4 ...in the FInals

That is 3 BIG games (2 Finals and 1 ECF Finals)... lost on choked FT's

Sad to see the one-breakout year go for not. He's totally disappeared and actually looked dispondent at times.

If you guys don't play your normal one or two stupid games of a series you should sweep these overrated assholes.
    That's a huge if.

Gotta appreciate a team that plays well, even though they have players who look better on mugshots rather than on-court poses.

    That's a huge if.
I'm sure Boston will get more calls at the Garden and they should play well. This is a sweep.

Well, Saturday is going to be the tell-all (as if the 4th quarter choking wasn't enough). Orlando made their mark last year with HUGE road victories in the playoffs....needless to say, they'll need another on to survive.

Oh yes, and props to Boston for the poised play down the stretch, balanced offensive attack, and overall solid game plan.

I just think they are clearly the better team who can beat Col. Saunders. I can just see Gasol getting Howard in foul trouble every single game.

Good question....especially with Lewis out there just taking up space and cap room.

Lewis and Garnett are just tough defensive matchups for one another. They both defend each other very well. More, the Cs are able to take away many of Lewis' spot-up shots, especially the corner 3s. The entire Orlando's offense gravitates around Howard, if he's being defended straight-up, even if he's scoring it affects the other guys. Plus, Rashard was with the flu today.

I'd be more irked with Nelson if I were a Celtics hater like NewJerSpur. He's been a complete non-factor.

Probably. Maybe we should tell the home fans on Saturday to wear Magic gear and cheer against the Celts.

Dwight Howard in Game 4 too. But they were up then and Fisher just drained that silly three, and then were completely taken over in overtime.

Lewis hasn't really made anything tough for KG....KG is getting to his usual spots and has even been getting wide open jumpers. The only time he hesitates is when a double comes his way.

I am irked about Nelson missing point-blank layups at the rim and making some questionable decisions coming off of the screen and roll.

Oh, and I do like Rondo, lol.
