Ahh, ok.![]()
Its not a spoiler, its an speculation of mine. I've not read the books so I dont know how it indeed turns out.
I have the books but I haven't even started reading them yet.
Ahh, ok.![]()
It's either time I read or watch, per most people in my office. My friends? Not so much.
Which means she probably won't.
If I had to guess without spoilers... after the ongoing war, the impending winter and invasion of walkers/others, and three full grown dragons, there won't be anything left for anybody to "win". I'll be surprised if anybody of significance survives with the way the author likes to kill people off.
If they're following the books, this is just the beginning. I'm trying to be as vague as possible so I don't ruin anything for anyone. lol I liked how they handled Barristan the Bold's re-introduction in the books a lot more.
So what makes CGI so expensive?? Can anybody explain?
You have to pay people to do it.
I have to pay a cab driver to drive me somewhere but I wouldn't call that expensive.
You don't pay a team of programmers to drive you around either.
That's closer to answering my question. So the "only" expensive thing about it is the designing/programming team? Then it should be that out of reach for a 10 mil/episode series, right?
Like other HBO series, they have episodes that just fill air time. You know, like those songs on LPs that make it qualify as an LP, songs that are wasted space basically.
Tonight's episode should be good. It's supposedly what inspired the writers to adapt the series in the first place.
Omg Omg Omg. Holy S holy S holy S. I need a drink...
Well ...now I'm totally lost...I thought I knew how this war was going...now I have no clue who's running what or what in is going on...

Holy I did not expect that at all. I think they just might have killed the show with tonight's episode. Massive risk by the writers. I'm kind of shocked.
Totally shocked myself; wasn't expecting any of that. But I disagree with the fretting. The Walking Dead showed that a show can gain in popularity when even the main characters can die in any given episode. I assume this closely followed what happens in the books, so obviously the diehards saw it coming, but for everyone else I'm sure it'll create a big buzz. I'm certainly looking forward to the next episode!
In the books, Catelyn starts scratching her face off before they kill her. I was looking forward to seeing it in the show. lol Kind of disappointed that they didn't show it. They also cut off Robb's head and attach his wolf's head to his body. Wonder if they're at least going to show that?

What don't you understand? Robb's army just got ed. It's over for them.
That is a spoiler and it won't take much for people to figure out. I'd get rid of it.
Was that out of rage?
That episode will keep me up for weeks. Jesus.
More like madness. She basically just loses it when she sees Robb die.
Fair enough. Did you read the books?
They dont need to show her scratching her skin off. The unborn baby stabbing was plenty to make you drop your jaw.
Holy .
Don't know how I feel about this.
George RR Martin is the literary Honey Badger. Holy man. This is the last time the show does this to me. I'm reading the god damn books.
