i was just gonna ask a nooby question, but how is that not a moving screen by duncan there? green slides and is the beneficiary of the screen set by duncan, or does it have to be a p & r situation. is it just bc he seals off durant more than a screen set and couldve just been jockeying for position?

sorry for the newb question, anyone with some clarification on this rule able to clear it up for me?

    It's a moving screen.

I think Duncan was expecting KD to try to fight through the screen, which is why he came in with a little force, but Durant weighs like 140 pounds and barely tried. it was sort of like an unintentional "pulling the chair." i dont think duncan is that stupid to actually do that right in front of a ref

It is a moving screen, but that's one of the least often called violations. Honestly you won't see it called much unless the action of the ball is directly on that screen or the moving screen is physical enough to warrant attention, aka Durant falling to his ass hard.

Actually if you look carefully Green starts and Durant takes a looooong time to react. When he finally tries to get around the "screen", he's actually been fully picked up by Duncan. By the time Durant makes his move, Green is already in the corner, like 6-7ft away from him. I guess the refs tend to be lenient in these situations.

that's what im thinking too, by the time durant arrives it's not a screen any more and its just jockeying for position to seal off for a shooter which is why it wasn't called. love that hammer screen corner 3 play out of timeouts.

Kwa Leonard baiting Ibaka who thought he was gonna get another block.
Kwa put the ball above his head, faked like he was gonna shoot, brought the ball back down and let Ibaka hit him then extended his hands twisting layup +1.

Can we get a gif of the play where Westbrook pushed off Kawhi then kicked Duncan in the nuts and was still sent to the line for FTs?
