If Parker opts out of the ASG how many days of rest does that give him? 4 legitimate days off? Really might not be a bad call. I know I laugh about fans wanting Parker and Duncan out of ASG weekend. But with the way Parker has looked it couldn't hurt. I'm eating crow here.

Parker won't opt out. He cares about the publicity too much and frankly, he earned the spot so he's en led to that. Honestly, I'm not too worried about him playing in a game where he is going to see limited minutes and is basically a glorified scrimmage.

What would bother me, though, is if Parker is forcing himself to play all of these games on the RRT JUST so he can play the ASG. If he's really not healthy enough to be playing in these games (and his performances over the last two are starting to look that way), then he should be sitting.
