Typical fans, spooging over Forbes and Simmons and ting on Anderson and then you look at the box score...

I didn't like Simms either, to be fair. They were playing basically a d-league team with one NBA sop re in Trey Lyles. You would expect the boxscore to look like that.

Agreed. We need shooters. It's just one game, and against a team that only had 1 semi-NBA guy out there, but if his shooting holds, he'll be a good grab.

It's not even just his shooting. It's his in-between game. He's not a Danny Green--like spot-up guy. He's much more like Neal, except he seems willing to stick his nose in there for rebounds and on defense. I want to see him as a bigger part of the offense going forward, and I hope Becky draws a lot of plays up for him as the real SL roster arrives for Vegas.

Unless they're saving him for the Vegas league and want to give minutes to other guys. Cady is more known than those other guys.

I like his intangibles, but I don't really know why the team gave him a TC contract over Forbes. He didn't get to show too many PG skills with the gameplan of passing to Anderson every possession, but I just don't see him making it.

That's the point. He actually overplayed D-Worst to rest guys like LMA, who used to play 44 mins a game.

I think they wanted to see Anderson at the four tonight. I don't expect Kyle to play past Utah, and I think there's a good chance that LJC, Murray, Milutinov and maybe even Bertans and Hanga could be on that Vegas roster. I think once the real games start, he'll be there.

Agreed. Looked to me like they gave the TC contract to the wrong guy.

Yeah it was basically giving it to Anderson or Simmons and getting out of the way. Forbes was far more impressive especially with that midrange game. He seems kind of small though, like Patty.

*Edit* wtf, he's 6'3"? Don't know why he looked really small to me.
