I don't think Murray has regressed honestly. It's just that GS can exploit his weakness more than anyone else. We'd look better against any other team including Houston. The length these guys have is lethal to everything we do if we can't open up space with shooting.
I'm far more dissapointed in Kyle than anyone else, though. He and Forbes have looked ing terrified out there but Kyles been here too long to be scared at this point.

trade kiwi for fultz/saric + pick. no future for this team if murray is the pg
If the Spurs don't get any guys that can shoot the ball (especially 3 pointers) in the off-season, I can't watch them anymore.
I'm a better shooter than most of these clowns on the team. ing disgusts me seeing these guys paid big money to clank shots. Warriors are shooting a percentage from three, but all the Spurs can do is match that ineptness. The thing that is sad about that is, this is the norm for the Spurs, but the Warriors are having a terrible shooting game from 3 and the Spurs can't take advantage of it whatsoever. That's why I hate one dimensional shooters that can't do anything else, but darn, if 3 point shooting is your only skill, how the can you stink it up for a whole season???????????? That means you were never a good/great shooter to begin with.
I think so. That no good pos sure isn’t at the game.
We'd of got swept by the Pelicans anyway. This year blows. Gonna have to survive baseball season. Can't wait for NFL.
He's a good defender/rebounder tbh he should never be paired with Mills or Anderson though
Bye. So many of you are frontrunners it's ridiculous.
I like this. Saric is really good and Fultz can still be a good PG.
But he can’t shoot or make plays, which is an issue for a point guard.
What I'm disappointed in Murray is that he only seems to get amped when he plays against Lebron. It's still way too early to call him a bust but he's been given ample opportunity to shine and he hasn't produced on a consistent basis, really. He'll definitely get better but he's not ready to start yet and may not even be ready next season.
Kyle's just never been a shooter tbh. Never. He can make a 3pt shot every once in a while. There's guys in this team whose only skill is shooting that aren't shooting any better. There's guys that are getting paid the big bucks bc they allegedly are elite shooters but they aren't. No one can fricking shoot.
Never thought I'd say it but Danny has taken too many shots. LaMarcus and Gay need more shots.
Going to get All-NBA team D over Jrue who is turning Damian Lillard into his![]()
Hopefully the Warriors cover the 3.5, at least![]()
With their crippled star player watching on the bench like a LOYAL teammate.
I'm not a front runner. I followed the Spurs in 96-97 and that team didn't have much offensive talent, but they played hard. They played tough defense. I could respect/watch that.
I'm a shooter, and I can't watch scrubs clanging 3s the whole season. I don't understand how all of them can be in slumps for the whole season. I've never been in a slump that long, ever. I'm very critical of piss poor shooting when that is all you're there for.
Anyway, nice of you to come in and start talking a bit of trash after not being here most of the season. At least I've been here the whole season, but I guess I am a front runner.
Thanks for dropping by.
He's not a bust, just a guy who doesn't have that high a ceiling. I wish he was the four star talent everyone here hypes him to be. Then I wouldn't be so dead-set on this team needing a complete rebuild once they trade Judas.
The FO really has to be congratulated for drafting almost no 3 pt shooters in an era where its the most relevant
Spurs really need to change this roster this summer no matter what happens with Kawhi.
Spurs need to just give up on acquiring role players right now IMO..just take as many shots at finding a scoring guard as possible, even if it leads to redundant pieces..
welp every low post centered team needs a Jaren Jackson or Mario Elie or Robert Horry(dubiously nicknamed Big Shot Bob...)... we just don't have one. I think Pop though Bryn could be that.. either way, we just don't have a big time shot maker. Not fair to 40 year old Ginobili to have that role... the dude fought wars and won/lost les in the glory days to be subjected to this.
Many analysts said he should have been drafted earlier at the time and we got another steal and he was praised for his athleticism so his ceiling was built up tbh.
Can you shoot the ball? If not, shut the up.
Yeah, Murray, I'm sorry guys, but with the current state of his shooting, he should be an 8th or 9th man off the bench type of player. He should not be starting. I'd consider starting TP. He's just been that bad.
