please keep horry , elson, bonner out
Manu showing signs of life. Hopefully thats a good sign.
Also, why has Udoka not seen another look after being the only person who seemed to show up with their longball?
please keep horry , elson, bonner out
Gotta get thisback to 15+. Some rebounds would help....this is getting too close. 11 points with SA in the bonus and TD unstoppable.
Agreed... he is having a horrible game. Never thought I'd say but keep JV out there.
. don't worry about it. you're victim number 1,563,902 on "He's a She" list.
He's hurting more then helping.
What really sucks is that it seems like we have to dig out of a hile every game.
Are you ing kidding me? What more could you expect?
Why are you even watching if the Spurs are so boring, are cheaters, and even have bad jerseys?
yep
take tony out. let manu play pg.

Pop is high
who said keep bonner out?
It's okay.
It's become a fun joke on the board.
Sorry you got caught in it.
where is that pistonfan troll now....ass tightin up on ya???
Here is where Flip will over use the starters.
I've NEVER been a TP fan. But what I do appreciate is the obvious steps he's taken EVERY year in his growth.
I prefer more of a distributing guard that creates for others ( No Billups isn't that either ). Yet TP still gets like 6 or 7 assist a night, so it's hard to fault him. IMO his speed is his biggest asset...and his finishing ability. But I'm still waiting to see a consistent Jumper. Consistent 3 point range. If you close the lane, and don't allow him to simply run to the hole for a layup, you can nullify him pretty well.
And while Duncan naturally helps TP......the same argument has to be made for Chauncey for playing alongside Rip. Rip's midrange game...and his quickness at how he gets his shot off.....and the fact that he needs very little room to get his shot, greatly helps Billups, and increase his assist totals.
I love Billups. He's my favorite player. But he can't break down a defense any where near aswell as TP. He may be a better PG. But TP is a better scorer. Their games are different, and each uses different skill sets to make themsleves and their teams better.
I wonder if the Spurs would be better with Billups....and if we may be better with TP. We'll never know...but still interesting.
Wow, I can't remember the last time I saw Duncan poke-check the ball away from somebody.
Damn.... Bonner's gotta knock that down.
