What could possibly keep everyone's interest after Infinity Wars? They've made the stakes as big as they possibly could already
I know Bucky becomes Cap in the comics and it was even hinted at in both CA movies (Buck picking up thr shield), but I hope it doesnt happen in the movies because it's ing stupid
Cap needs to die. Bucky takes up the shield to atone for his past. Everyone then blames Tony. Theres not much more you can do with Evans as Cap until Infinity Wars part 2. Revive him then.
You raise the stakes like this in Civil War, for Rhodey to die? That doesnt cut it.
IIRC Evans is only signed on through Infinity Wars... the dude that plays Bucky is signed for more films acter that.
I really don't know. That will (or should) be the climax of the entire franchise. Marvel will no doubt keep making movies as long as they remain profitable. But then comes the killing off of certain characters, the introduction of lesser known characters, replacement of actors, etc until people completely lose interest. We'll see I guess.

The first of many scoops from Empire’s cover story on Captain America: Civil War is in regards to mystery character that Martin Freeman will be playing. There were already rumors and speculation that The Hobbit star would be playing Everett Ross in the Marvel threequel, but now the magazine has confirmed it as well as revealed a new Civil War still image featuring the character alongside Emily VanCamp’s Agent 13 aka Sharon Carter. According to Empire, Ross will be a part of the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre in the movie.
Considering the character has ties to the Black Panther in the comics, we should expect Martin Freeman to join Chadwick Boseman to the African Prince’s solo movie in 2018. In fact, this was implied by the Marvel Studios president himself, Kevin Feige
