Conversely, I'm not sure Talerico defending himself against the lies converted anyone either. I think Texas was already set with [insert republican nominee] from the get go. Gonna really suck hard to have these two idiots in Cruz and Paxton.
I think Asylumgate and anything else the fascists do late are attempts to activate the base. There are a bunch of Republicans that aren't going to vote for anyone at this point. Giving the TSA types a new bone to gnaw on might get them off the couch the next few weeks.
the latest attempt is to say the Epstein files are bad now and relevant again since Reid Hoffman is in them and he donated to Talarico.
Trump's existence and history is really the only thing giving Paxton's campaign any hope. If Ken had any rizz at all he'd be up 10 points because idiots want to be charmed when they are grifted.
