Oh we’re talking about last season.......dude eat a !
Typical SpursTalk anytime the Spurs lose a game they would have been lucky to win in the first place: POP IS THE WORST, HE RUINS EVERYTHING
Pop didn't make Mills pick up the ball and dribble again after it got deflected. It's called basketball, and apparently some of you have never actually played the damn sport.
He's 70+ years and on the decline and the game has passed him by. It happens to everyone, I don't give a if he has 5 rings and was carried to a bunch of them by a generational player![]()
Pop seat sniffers putting the blame on Mills but not on the one who put the ball in his hands. There’s nothing wrong with Mills taking the last shot, but he can’t create off the dribble. He’s a catch and shoot guy. The best option was clearly to give it to DJ and let him go into a pull up or drive and kick it to an open Mills in the corner.
Don’t bring Jesus in this, reading & comprehension is all you need to do play boy!
The Spurs without White,Keldon,Vassell,Gay are a lottery team. They are going to go on a 5-6 game losing streak.

Why do we have a lot of fools on here acting like they didn't expect a loss before the game started and now feel butthurt that we did lose it? Y'all were a little more clearheaded before the game and actually made sense by saying like, "we're missing half our roster". Guess that narrative changed somehow...
Your mom already did that
the usual Seat Sniffing Crew coming out to defend the old man after that garbage sequence to end the game. Surprise, surprise...
Counter-point: Poeltl didn't give Horford an "open lane", he was still just right beside him after going for the steal, and it was painfully obvious that the play was not set up for Horford to drive into the paint to score - which Poeltl could perfectly (try to) prevent. You can't leave a shooter (one that had already made three 3's tonight, mind you) open in the corner, especially in the modern NBA, and furthermore, given Patty's size difference, it was incredibly unlikely his help defense would've done anything other than foul Horford on the strip attempt (and before you say it, there's no way Patty could've positioned himself so as to draw a charge with such little time remaining).
Poeltl shouldn't've gone for the steal, but Patty not sticking to his open man is by far the more idiotic mistake in that play. It's sad and hilarious at the same time to say, but it's not like Mother ing Dort is a non-shooter... He was cooking us all night long, whilst Horford was barely there with his wonky shot. Low IQ defensive moment, and bad read of an obvious play.
Some reporter thinks DeMar will be back Saturday...
Unlike years' past, I'm not sure LMA will throw a tantrum if he's sent to the bench, permanently. He may not even ask to get traded.
Brotha is probably happy to be paid for giving half ass effort
Have some balls......don’t be passive aggressive! Say names you little broad
he's forgotten more basketball than you'll ever know
*sniff's Pop's asshole*
It's always the buildup of expectation that gets you... Though I'm certain many of these posters would be complaining either way. Anyhow, this was a fun game, the Spurs managed to go to the wire whilst missing a literal half of their rotation, and OKC had a lot of trouble getting past us. A lot of positive takeaways from this game - and some negative ones, as well. Overall, I'm not mad at all, pretty much a scheduled loss.
Pop tip toeing around LMA's feelings![]()
He's done mentally and physically for this game but is happy to finish out his contract.
Yes, because Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook weren't in their primes and on the other team.
Please, inform me of all the great things you've accomplished at the NBA level coaching?
Sometimes, I wonder if this fanbase is truly as stupid as the trolls and crybabies on ST?
I thought Luka was solid. His handles are a little sloppy but he has taken major strides in his man to man defence. Rotations and switches confused him a little, and he was out of place on O at times but thought it was an encouraging performance overall.
Dort went at him a couple of times and he more than held his own, wasn’t bullied on drives.
I love this line, it never fails to make me laugh... Why'd you ever keep a coach on his job that's actively forgetting things about the game to be played due to senile dementia? Why is that even considered a "rebuttal" at all?![]()
Did she now? You got me on that one..... you’re witty!
This. For a big guy to move as well as he did tonight. Great, great defense.
