Just too much Nets firepower with people out. But then again KD out. Nets could really be dangerous
Someone link the video of Murray and Popovich. Would be interesting. I'm taking Murray's side either way

They’re also located in Brooklyn tbh.
Best East team money can buy, tbh.
Good outing tbh. Spurs hung tough til the end, despite the poor defense and getting pounded on the boards. Brooklyn’s just the better team.
ty thing is Spurs will prob drop tomorrow night’s game now.
I agree tbh

I have lost count on the number of inside-the-paint runners the Nets made. Defense was absolutely horrible. Lack of defensive rounding, not stopping penetration, and the list goes in. Yet, they went to overtime? Not deserving at all.
Great effort. Hope they saved some juice for tomorrow’s game.
Could've counted us out multiple times and we kept coming back. There is some definite grit to this team.
they got taken to OT by a Spurs team missing arguably their best player, another starter, and a key bench piece. Not like the Spurs played well either.
I mean, they got career highs from two of their scrubs tonight and their team combined for five turnovers. And they got taken to OT.
Hard to beat a squad filled with top players who just want some easy chips for their "brand".
Never count out playoff Harden and Pringles tbh.
I'd say the final minutes of the 4th quarter was a surprisingly shocking demonstration of clutch play by the team but they still make alot of deer-in-headlights mistakes and let's be honest, the Nets took their foot off the gas. Still not taking anything away from the team, they played their asses off, shorthanded, against a real le contender that has spent alot of money to still be a threat without Durant.
I’ve been a huge critic of Lonnie...but great game from him tonight. He brought the Spurs back in the 4th with his shooting.
Anyone who thinks the Spurs played bad defense tonight is out of their damn mind. They average just under 121 PPG on the season. They got that, but it took OT. If you think the Spurs were bad on D tonight I'm not sure what the you expect tbh.
So? They took their foot off the gas obviously. The put it right back on the gas in OT and showed just how much better they were than the Spurs. I'm really not sure what your point is here, that the Nets are bad because the Spurs almost beat them in a regular season game that almost no one will remember in one month?
Some here push this narrative that White is our best player even though he misses a ton of games.
I’d like to agree with you, but those are just 3 pt shots going in. He still doesn’t want to go in hard. Lonnie is too good to be just shooting 3’s. He could be breaking defenses and getting fouls inside. I’d be less critical if he weren’t so capable, but just holding back imo. Lonnie is capable of getting this team to the next level if he attacks like Keldon does.
Absolutely, not to mention they're literally missing all their wing depth, which is absolutely key in today's NBA in terms of switching, defense and rebounding, all of which SA suffered today. With White, Keldon and Vassell in those lineups, I have little doubt that we contain both Irving and Harden, and we can let Poeltl actually protect the rim instead of having to make up for the rest of the teams' shortcomings. Posters complain just for the sake of it, couldn't have done much better tonight given the cir stances.
I'm saying they've routinely had the same flaws on display all season since they got Harden. No team has won a le without a top 10 defense, theirs is bottom 10. They also have notorious playoff chokers and locker room cancers as their leaders, and said players are useless without the ball in their hands. This team is basically SSOL Suns 2.0, but with more unlikeable players.
It'll be interesting to see what happens with Bate-Diop going foward. Dude has some tools and definitely is not scared. I really liked the flashes he's shown in the past few games.
Defensibly those guys were great tonight, especially Samanic perimeter defense, just so mobile, so much better than Lyles closing out.
