Well, 5 years past the statute of limitations on the original misdemeanor for one.

Assuming he can even link the federal election fraud to a state misdemeanor that one is two years past the statute of limitations.

I think it's weird, given all you know about Trump, and all Republicans know about Trump, that you're all still giving him the benefit of the doubt on this. I'm all for innocent until proven guilty but I'm also a believer in "I won't claim this is blatantly politically motivated until I actually know the charges."

This is the weakest case of all being tried by the tiest prosecutor. If he's indicted the judge will either toss the case or he'll be acquitted and he'll get to cry about being targeted and it will just energize his base. Total miscalculation bringing this case first.
