Most of the girls will probably use the 26oz bat and the guys use the 30oz one. I don't think any of the girls have to worry about breaking the bat.

Not to offend anyone, but I think Katy is the best girl and that LJ and Kris are the best guys. But no one is bad or anything.
I think thats a fair assesment. All of our girls are pretty good though, which is awesome.

If anything, baseball/softball is the one sport where you CAN single out players and ask who the best is. And good luck dominating, I'll keep my tissues handy to mourn my lost-in-the-mail invitation to play for you guys. (yes, yes, I know there was a thread. Let me .)

It's still a team sport. I have no idea what you guys' fascination is with constantly having to compare people against one another.
There is a lot of individualism when batting, but it's still majorly a team sport. We've got a lot of people that I think will be much improved as they play more and more.
I want to play as best as I can to help the team, but I know I'm going to drop some balls, make some bad throws, strike out and no one on our team will give me a hard time about it - well maybe the striking out, but that's kind of funny in slow pitch softball.
I won't know who the best players are in my mind until we play the games. Games count. Practices just help you get ready for them.
I always like playing with the players that try their hardest and take the game serious, but are good natured about it.
