i don't feel like reading 400+ post lol, did parker break himself??? or was he just and beno took over??
Elson gave 12 pts and 7 rbs in 23 minutes. He's really looking like a great signing.

Very satisfying, exciting win. Sorry I wasn't there.
That was a fricking mid-80s Celtics ownage.
read your heading. BELIEVE.
Props to my boy Frankie "CMFFDS" Elson
Parker was shooting bad in the first half, so Beno played a big stretch in the 3rd and lead the comeback along with Horry.
Spurs are clearly the team to beat this year.
I'm so stoked!!!
Spurs are getting some great wins early in the season. First the Suns and then this. So much fun!![]()
Owned, ... owned.
I'm glad we won, but we need to play good for the whole game. But kudos to Pop, he made adjustments to shut TMAC down in the second half. I'm impressed.
Yep, that Rocket ass kickin musta really hurt![]()

Don't forget that our record is one where we had four games in five nights.
Pretty impressive stuff.
ARGHHHHHH!!!! I turned off the VCR at halftime, and just decided to watch the game. I knew they would come back, I just didn't think they would come back all the way. This team is looking really good, and their not even all on the same page yet. The Elson-Oberto package is paying off dividends, I can't remember the Rasho-Nazr combo having this much impact on 6 of 7 games, I can't remember them doing it 2 games in a row. And I especially loved seeing Manu find the basket moreso with his drives, some of them specatacular. At halftime I thought Duncan looked old and over the hill, then in the 4th the guy was as clutch as he has always been.
And they can improve a great deal more.
Best game of the season for the Spurs so far--well, at least as good as the mavs game. Beno was outstanding. He seems to be better than Parker at leading the Spurs WHEN THEY ARE WAY BEHIND ( of course he is not better than Parker when it is tight or when the Spurs are ahead). Elson was impressive tiring out yao on the floor. Manu had a good allaround game---he got , what, a couple of fouls on Yao? Finley and Horry were great off the bench. And Duncan, man, he was a beast! Fantastic game by Duncan. I couldn't tell who was in a worse panic---the Rockets or the announcers. They were pooping their pants.
Men, don't forget to wash it in the sink.
HAHAHAHAHA
Van Gundy at the podium - he always sounds like a dead man walking
Not a bad idea...
Horry actually acted like he gave a for the first time this season. Great game for him.
I still don't know why Finley ate into Barry's minutes. Beno, however, played a great pivotal stretch. And Tim owned Yao by the end. Sweetness.
this reminds me of the game against the suns in 2004/05 3rd meet of the season in phoenix, where basically tp disappeared for the whole game, and the damn suns had like a 25pt lead midway 3rd quarter, and pop put in the bench and rallied back to win the game.
beno = president
thanks dude!...my first time to be put in sig...![]()
I thought about that game also. It was, what, Duncan, Beno, Ginobili, Barry, and Devin Brown for the entire last quarter, right?
Well the Mavs are back so watch yourselfs!![]()

You mean Elson?Devin Brown for the entire last quarter, right?
