Not it's not...you don;t enforce it DURING the game...after the game when officials watch tape. It is clear when you look at it in slow motion. Dirk does not really flop he is just not athletic and looks clumsy

Tim's calls were legitimate fouls. The game is being called the way most games are. Fewer fouls committed by the home team. So, I don't see any reason to complain about the calls. In that limited sense, I agree with you.
However, Ruff seems to admit that the calls are not completely unreasonable. And he is a Spursfan and this is a Spurs fan board. So, calling him out here probably isn't going to win you a lot of points.
Just my opinion.
