Hey, when I was watching him in the 4th, he didn't collapse under pressure situations like Beno did. That's more than good enough for me.

Well Elson and Horry have their contracts run out at the end of this year. Horry will probably retire, and Elson may move on. Ian replaces Elson, Splitter replaces Horry.
