The Spurs have to scratch their Euro itch every year. They only draft an American point guard this year and to balance not drafting a euro, they're calling in everyone one they've drafted the over last 10 years.

He had his chance back in 2009 and now he's going to be 33 next season. He's on the tail end of his prime and will take a couple years to get used to the NBA. Even Scola came over at 28.
